While on vacation in 2012, my husband and I contacted Madonna as she had a listing for a house we were interested in seeing. As we are in CT and not local to OBX, it was extremely important to find an agent/broker who was very experienced, knew the OBX area thoroughly, and who would be able to be our eyes and ears for us since we could not visit these properties in person.
